Search Engine Results Page (SERP)

Search engine results pages (SERPs) are web page listings that show up on search engines in response to search terms. The search engine results typically contain a list of web pages with titles, links to these web pages and short descriptions of the web page content.

It is good for you to have your web pages on the first three SERPs. If you want to drive more traffic to your web site, your web page visibility on search engines is something you should care about.

On SERPs search engines usually combine two types of listings and these are organic or natural search results placed in the middle and paid search results placed on the top and to the right of the organic search results.
